Our service starts with a consultation. Done either by our local sales consultants/representatives or our trained sellers on the telephone. We proof our competence at various fairs (see News).

Repair-/complaints department:

We have our own in-house workshop being part of our production. As you probably know, doppler is the umbrella specialist (no matter whether umbrellas or parasols) who still produces nationally, along with the development of our subsidiaries in Eastern Europe and the Far East. Our skilled service employees can repair every type of umbrella, or name a workshop in your proximity. Please contact your local sales office.

For parasols you have the possibility of receiving the adequate spare part from the current parts catalogue per post. In addition we offer telephonic advise if there are any problems with your umbrella up to care instructions for cushions.
